Crimped mesh
Crimped mesh is made of wire Dia (6G to 18G). It can be used for windows, Verandas, Partitions, Counter Shelves. It has several industrial uses like heavy screening & Sieving of coal mines etc. In the pre-crimping process, wire is first formed (crimped) in precision machines using rotary dies that precisely define the spacing of the wires and insure that the wires will lock firmly together at the intersections.
Our range of Crimped Net is made of various metals such as stainless steel, spring steel, G.I. & M. S. The crimped net is offered in waves in which position of two waves rests in opposite to each other to provide opening uniformity. It is preferred for vibrating screens and other applications where sizing is critical. The main application areas are mine and stone works, wire mesh for pig breeding, coal mine, petroleum, glass factory, hardware products, etc.
